随着时间的过去，还是找不回那份勇气。

对于每件事情，都很害怕。

表面上，玩得很疯狂，笑得很灿烂，无忧顾虑的。

实际上，不想一个人吃素，不想一个人跑步，不想一个人游泳，骑脚踏车。

很累，说不出口。

方法很多用了，还是解决不到问题。

曾经得到的，也不敢相信，只随着时间的顺过，在看着办。

成熟与孩子气。我也不知道。

想得到有的不到。不想失去也不知道是不是失去，想不到。

现在的生活，会更好吗？

Clean 9 with celine

 It was so pleasured that i could be in a team with one of my most inspiring friend who lose 4.2kg previously when did clean 9 by following all the instructions and guidance given in the booklet . 

I am so proud this time we could join the challenge together as  team to detox together .

My first day i did went to swim for an hour , leaning the butterfly stroke and im almost complete with all my swim strokes . 

Waiting for end of the month for my mini pj triathlon . 

It was so excited and this time i will be doing the tri with my swim suit ! 

I couldnt really imagnine how am i going to do that and .. Im really excited bout it . 

Thanks to my most loved instructor , brandon tee and agnes for swimming . I can finally from a noob in swimming till i can swim the full lap now . And im getting faster ! 

Running and cycling , will plan to do bricking soon . Weeehehhehehe.

This is my third day ! 

Homemade Nutella Cheesecake with Hennesy and Raisin .

2 days more to go and its Brother Alan's birthday .

We had dinner together with his in law's and Sister in law Petrina suggested that we celebrate it together tonight .

I've got my gears on and were nervous for the first cheesecake im going to make as i substitute cheese with cashew nuts all the while .

Before 3 I started to get ready for those ingredients that needed .

Crabs and prawns , i got my hands and legs like a squid .

At last , i made it . 

It was only suppose to be a nutella cheesecake and hazelnuts as toppings.

Petrina requested to add raisins as my brother liked it .

Cheeses ! I couldnt find those raisins after mom spring cleaned the store room last week .

Thank god there is still a packet of it .

Thinking of making it like alaska bombe and ended up i added Hennesy into the cake .

Holy ! It was fantastic ! I couldnt wait till after dinner dessert !
