My journey starts soon with trailz n tracks


I was very glad that i have finally purchased this magazine trailz n tracks . 
The more over happy thing was gus interviewed me on that day when i collected this from him .
After interview and he said that why dont i try giving articles regarding about nutrition .
I was like gus are you serious ? He told me to challenge myself and ipduring the interview he asked me whats my supplement or food i do take usually cause im a vegeterian . Explained and told him the beauty of forever living and he did actually happy about it .

My first introducing sent to him , i hope no offence from readers and multi level marketing company ..

Pray hard hope i will success and be agreed in the magazine . Ohmmmmm

Pumpkin spaghetti

Were having lunch with family and mouth itchy asked mom 
Me : Mii , are you going to cook tonight ?
Mum : dont know wo 
Dad : looking at me , bii, what are you cooking tonight ?
Me : looking back at him , im going to cook pancake again 😄
        For awhile and answered again , I will cook pumpkin spaghetti 😊
Dad : where do you get the idea ? 
Me : i dont know , just feel like eating for like two weeks ago . Do you wanna try ?
Dad : Ok , that sounds something different . 
Me : * happily in mind , finally !! 😘

Went back and head out to buy stuffs

I've got this brown rice pasta because they only have this in green green organic shop in klang .

Got some nuts for toppings .



Dad like this brand  el-dina bought it from singapore 

They have a varities of flavour , i dont eat this . 
Especially lamb >.< 


This looks simple , but only for a portion looks it is . 
Cooked a bundle of it and it almost finish . That what makes me happy tonight . Almost clearing of .

Yeah and this is the pumpkin sauce , and one thing forgotten , the nuts and parsley for toppings . 
In a hurry cause everyone already sits down and start to eat .

A friend of mine is coming by so i packed a portion for him as well , now you know how good to visit me when i cooked 😛

Chicken were from Italiannies , sister in law said this is very Yau Fook Hei . 

 Hope my cooks get better day by day with my mars mind 😊

好久没来到这间参观吃了。昨天下午在干妈家时问晚餐吃什么?干姐姐就说,吃面,去food court 吃。其实到他们家几乎每次都是到那儿吃。不是不喜欢,只是我比较喜欢经济饭。便宜又多菜。就说我想吃经济饭,可以吗?

那他说晚餐很少吃饭, 过后还是来了这儿。
我的晚餐。马铃薯,spinach , 菜心。好好吃(: 感恩
在路途中,善鸿问。阿姨,那个红青灯是是什么灯。我都傻了。

Malaysia women's marathon 2014

Thought of the clear blue sky , went out at 3am and drove to shah alam .
On the way while reaching subang , i saw the road lamps so blur .
Wind down the window and felt disappointed . 
Its so hazy out there , thought of coughing my lungs badly after that .

Almost every run i met her . Kartini ! The small and hot and fast runner (:

Despite the haze , its shows that api reading were 61 . But looking at the weather , its definitely more than that , and we continued to run . The run were changed to a non - competitive and those cash were donated to charity which is a good and wise decision . i can say , this is the most beautiful run i had currently . I love this . It makes me feel that women can be so independent and so pretty (:

Pancake first try .


Failed pan cake . Nevermind , will make it !

Steamed the pumpkin and instead of crushing it to become soft , just placed it in the food processor till all become soft. Nothing added . Just pure . Just love it ! 



Increased protein today , 4 eggs , with olive oil and also a lil bit of black salt . All blended .

3rd day : 63.9kg.

 The first thing i did when i woke up , measure weight .

Skipped the fitness revolution class today as my ears nerves are really painful and my teeth .

During the pain , always wanted to pull out those teeth so that i do not suffer that much .

Oh dear , i hope this really ends fast . Cant take the pain >.<"

Shall do liver cleansing tonight and go for yoga classes later , ease pain . Cleansing for my viceral fats and also , peace to myself . 

Lesson 3 .

Swimming an hour more for today after running in the morning ,as usual , wednesday is my training for swimming as its a class for me . Did not learnt much but will correct my weakness and practice more , at least something new again today ..

Irritates again with my braces . Cant eat well . 

Thanks to Momma Jennie for the dish that I requested yesterday but didnt realised so painful today . 

At last also finished . 


This is my favourite long beans with eggs . Protein loading . Yum !

2 years 4 months ,

This is aint fun , this is no joke , it kills my nerves , it kills my brain , it kills my shoulder , it kills my nose , it kills my ear as well . 

2 years and 4 months , my braces is still on . I really dislike this feeling everytime after appointment . I cant chew well , loss appetite and then , i got my gastric and it makes me nervous ! 

When can i get it off ?! ))): crying badly .

Eating and crying on the dinner table , cant sleep well . Sighs

10km@desa park city

Just back from running at desa park city for 10km . A great day ahead , started at 8 plus , running 2.2km for 2loops and all the way up to reach ridgewood . 

My sifu asked me : how many km today ? 
Stunned and replied : 10km , were following his pace at first and till 3km he was almost 4km and slowly , im running alone again .

After 2 loops of 2.2km , ran to ridgewood , on the way up and sifu its already on the way down . 

And when im on the way down , sifu ran up again. 

Pace still remained at 8 minutes . 

Total of running 10km today at 1:20:00 .
Target : 10km in an hour . 
Next training : 2.2km one loop , Ridgewood intervals hills 3 loops .

😊 today is a blessed day to train with sifu cause without him i think i might stopped at 5km running up to ridgewood and slowly walked back , but luckily he slowed down and waited for me , today training was awsm ! 

Olivia ! Do not give up ! 


2nd day @ 64.3kg .

This morning weight dropped ! Looking forward tomorrow (:

Morning workout ; practicing swimming for approximate 45 minutes

Had this before my breakfast . Thought to do clean 9 today but eventually failed due to gastric and wind accumulating . It wont help perhaps it will worsen . But its ok , calories control . 1400 calories per day for my BMR . 

Due to cancellation from fitness revolution this morning ; they said due to haze but i see clear clouds . Went swimming for 45 minutes for my training . Hopefully pick up skills faster and can swim without using my board d .


I love this place , nice swimming pool and nice toilets (: a better comfort place . 

 These are my swimming buddies . Its helps me well (: for a beginner .


My favourite lei cha rice for brunch . Approximate 300 calories . Kept me full and healthy 🏊🍴

Brooks 1/2 marathon .

Brooks Half Marathon 21km on 3.9.14 @ Bukit Jalil .

Registered this last year , before the race day , or i shall say the same week , i was absolutely nervous , with the new roads, and hills , which i thought i will walk all the way , but neverthless i only walked @17km (1km) and continued to run / walk after that . My goal for this run is 3:00 hours but guess I wasted at 17km .

On last tuesday , i stretced and sprained both legs ( splitting ) , the groin area were painful , walking made some difficulties , increased nervous .Saturday got myself into fitness revolution for the core and endurance and got the abs and chest pain. ( muscle stretching )

On the race day , i reached at 4am , so i dont get stuck in jam or i cant find parking .
Managed to park it just beside the starting line and behind the toilet booth . 

Nap for awhile and 5am woke up and drooof ! 
Have to queue up so long in the toilet , heart beating fast for the starting , havent apply sunblock and havent got my camera .

Made it at the last minute and grabbed my camera along , switched on and zits ! No memory card 😳 i have to carry all the way long with my camera but without memory card and run ! So pathetic ! No memories at the first bukit jalil run . Sighs . Thank god there were some photographers after that , at least there is still something and the most importantly , i keep on running with my garmin . To trace the time and distance so i can maintain and keep on pushing myself . 

At the first hill were about 8km , decided to walk but approximately 200-300m , there were one guy beside me , i saw he was like jumping big steps instead running or walking up , and then i tried , and oh yes ! Thats the skill ! I always get demotivated when comes to hills , it slows me down and keep me back . And i managed to conquer two hills using that technique ! Saved me ! 👍 learn new skills again . 

The process of this run i will say that its keeping me motivated , keep on running thou its slow , respect the event and appreciates the run when i still can . The most important is the whole journey process that i enjoyed ! 

And lastly , thank you brooks for making decision to continue the run as the API reading were less than 100 . Great job ! 

For people who commented on the medals , its not important how does it looks like . Titi doesnt gives u a tee or a medal which i participated in 50km and DNF . But DnF to me is ; do not forget to come back strong !!

Run to live . Continues to run instead of walking and overlapping myself .
